RULES AND REGULATION


The following rules and regulations apply to all parkers. Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate parking to any individual at any time for any reason it deems appropriate. Management reserves the right to change the parking rates and Rules and Regulations at any time for any reason.
  • We use an automatic debit system for individual parkers to reduce paperwork and collection problems. Your account will be drafted on the first business day of each month unless otherwise noted. Receipts will not be issued for these drafts.
  • Tenants with more than 10 parkers may choose to be invoiced once a year. An invoice with the correct monthly amount will be sent if any changes are made during the year. Invoiced customers must pay prior to the 5th of each month. Parking cards will be deactivated on the 6th day of the month for non-payment and a reactivation fee per card will be assessed.
  • Parkers signing up or terminating mid-month will not be prorated. All parkers must sign a termination form by the 15th of the preceding month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. The auto draft will not be cancelled until the card is turned into the PPM Parking Management Global, LLC office.
  • A parker’s privileges will be terminated after 3 non-sufficient funds occurrences.
  • Reserved parkers pay a premium to park in the preferred locations. Anyone parked in a reserved space that they are not paying for will be wheel-locked. If your car is wheel-locked, please contact our office at (704) 556-9500 or see the security officer in the 201 South Tryon Street lobby.
  • We encourage all parkers to lock their cars. Neither the garage owner nor the parking operations manager will be responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Only passenger cars and light trucks are allowed in the structure. Speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Parking for special events on the weekends (i.e., sporting events, etc.) is not included in your monthly rate and is on a first-come, first-served basis.


FEE SCHEDULE
  • Replacement Card: $20.00
  • Non-Sufficient Funds for auto-draft and checks: $25.00
  • Re-activation of non-payment accounts: $20.00 per card
  • Wheel lock release: $25.00
  • Application Fee: $20.00 (due at time of access card pickup)

I have received a copy of the rules and regulations for the parking facility and agree to the rules and regulations. I understand that my bank account (if applicable) will be drafted each month for the rate amount stated above, including any posted rate increases. I understand that I will be charged $25 per occurrence for any insufficient funds. I acknowledge that I have the right to terminate this contract by the 15th of any month prior to the effective date of cancellation.

Automatic Debit Authorization Agreement

This is my authorization to MGRA 237 S. Tryon LLC to automatically debit my checking savings account.

I understand that this authorization will be in effect until I notify my financial institution in writing that I no longer desire this service, allowing it reasonable time to act on my notification. I also understand that if corrections in the debit amount are necessary, it may involve an adjustment (credit or debit) to my account.

I have the right to stop payment of a debit entry by notifying my financial institution before the account is charged. If an erroneous debit entry is charged against my account, I have the right to have the amount of the entry credited to my account by my financial institution, if, within 15 calendar days following the date on which I sent a statement of account or a written notice of such entry or 45 days after posting, whichever occurs first, I give my financial institution written notice identifying the entry, stating that it is in error and requesting credit back to my account.
